FACILITATOR: Ven. Losang Dondrub

In this ongoing discussion group our goal will be to think about  ways of working with Buddhist philosophy to create sessions of analytical meditation for us to use in our daily practice, as well as to engage in those meditations as a group and discuss our experiences in working with these meditations in daily life.  These classes will be related to the modules of Discovering Buddhism being offered, but participants can also take this class by itself.  This class will be most appropriate for those who have some basic familiarity with Buddhism.  We will draw on readings from Yangsi Rinpoche’s “Practicing the Path” and Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s “How to Practice Dharma” to guide our discussions.

Information regarding what you can expect when visiting the center, Dharma etiquette, the center's sacred artwork, and more can be found on our Resources page.
