FACILITATOR: Ven. Dondrub
No experience or Buddhist affiliation is necessary; students can join at any time. Each class will include single pointed concentration meditations on the breath, bodily sensations or visualized images of the Buddha, as well as simple analytical meditations that will help us better understand our minds and bring our actions and motivations into greater harmony with reality. Each class will also have a short interactive discussion on selected introductory topics suitable for all.
