ACCESSIBILITY

 

The Guhyasamaja Center and its facilities are wheelchair accessible. There are several parking spaces for persons with disabilities next to the building's elevator. The center is located one floor up from ground level in Unit 108. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your visit.

 

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

 

The center is located in the Professional Center of Fairfax building near downtown Fairfax, VA, convenient from I-66, I-495, Rtes. 50 and 236, and several other major local thoroughfares.

Once you arrive at the building, walk toward the open area in the middle of the parking structure on the ground level and then use the stairs or elevator to go up one level. You'll find the center in Unit 108 (behind the elevator, back corner).

 

Free garage and street parking are available via Hallman Street directly adjacent to the Professional Center of Fairfax building. The garage is directly underneath the building at ground level.

 

METRO & BUS

 

The center's nearest Metro stop is Vienna Metro Station. From there, the CUE Gold Route One and Route Two buses will bring you directly in front of the building.

 

Fairfax's CUE Bus system provides regularly scheduled, low-cost service to and from George Mason University, shopping centers, and other locations within the City of Fairfax. CUE also serves as a feeder network to the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metrorail Station (2900 Nutley St., Fairfax, VA 22031). All buses on every route are fully accessible.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY & OTHER CANCELLATIONS

 

Please check E-mails from us, our Twitter feed and MeetUp site, and this website for last minute cancellations or call us at 703-774-9692. Generally speaking, the center is closed when the Federal government is closed, when Fairfax County public school's after school classes are cancelled, and/or at the discretion of the teacher/facilitator.

The Guhyasamaja Center is guided by a Board of Directors who help ensure that all our activities are in harmony with our Spiritual Director Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche's vision for the center.
