Discovering Buddhism Module 2: How to Meditate

In this 5 week course, students will learn the purpose of Buddhist meditation, visualization, and prayer; how to proceed through the stages involved in a meditation session; learn how to deal with obstacles that arise, and about different types of meditation. Each class will start with prayers and a guided meditation. After which there will be a teaching and time for Q&A. Each session will end with another guided meditation and dedication prayers.
