This course offers students a complete overview of the entire spiritual path taught by the Buddha and arranged in Tibet into a logical progression making it easy to understand and practice. Everything the Buddha taught is presented in the correct sequence for reaching our spiritual potential.
Known in Tibet as the "Lamrim", this genre of teaching is found in every Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Experience has shown the Lamrim perfectly suited for the modern spiritual practitioner. This course will give the student a clear idea of the path to Enlightenment, especially its three main components, Renunciation, Bodhichitta, and Emptiness as presented by Je Tsongkhapa in "The Three Principal Aspects of the Path." This course offers teachings, guided Lamrim Meditations, and Q&A.
